CHOLESTEROL LOWERING JUICE


¼ inch slice of ginger
1 clove of garlic
4 carrots

1/2 Orange or Tangerine
1 green apple (green is low glycemic)
Pinch of powdered cayenne
Add lemon juice, mint, parsley, or cilantro


Juice fresh ginger and garlic by placing in a handful of parsley then feeding it into the juicer. Juice carrots and apple. This zesty juice along with a diet rich in whole grains, legumes, vegetables and fruits will bring your cholesterol down quickly. Not all children, teenagers like the taste of extracted garlic and cayenne.
