Signs of Vitamin Deficiencies in Your Diet – Hair Mineral Analysis Testing

Hair Mineral Analysis Testing

Nutritional Recommended Daily Allowances (RDAs) are broad enough to prevent vitamin deficiencies and avoid the side effects associated with large doses of some vitamins. If your diet doesn’t meet these nutrition guidelines, or if you take extreme amounts of vitamins as supplements, you may be in for trouble.

The good news is that vitamin deficiencies are rare among people who have access to a wide variety of foods and know how to put together a balanced diet. For example, the only people likely to experience a vitamin E deficiency are premature and/or low–birth weight infants and people with a metabolic disorder that keeps them from absorbing fat. A healthy adult may go as long as 10 years on a vitamin E–deficient diet without developing any signs of a problem.

Nutritionists use the term subclinical deficiency to describe a nutritional deficit not yet far enough advanced to produce obvious symptoms. In lay terms, however, the phrase has become a handy explanation for common but hard-to-pin-down symptoms, such as fatigue, irritability, nervousness, emotional depression, allergies, and insomnia. And it’s a dandy way to increase the sale of nutritional supplements.

Simply put, the RDAs protect you against deficiency. If your odd symptoms linger even after you take reasonable amounts of vitamin supplements, probably something other than a lack of any one vitamin is to blame.

Today we will discuss your vitamins, minerals, and discover what you really need to supplement with.

Please find the attached Vitamin List and circle all that you currently take. To proceed even further you may want to request a Hair Mineral Analysis test for $150.00. 32 elements to see what you are deficient in or if you have elevated levels of mercury.

Unfortunately babies born outside hospitals are statistically at a much higher risk of serious deficiencies. Vitamin K is found chiefly in leafy green vegetables, although human gut bacteria help produce it in humans. Newborns have not yet developed gut bacteria which is why they are so prone to deficiencies. Other than newborns, vitamin K deficiency is found in alcoholics, bulimics, strict dieters, and people with various severe diseases such as cystic fibrosis. Adults who bruise or bleed easily sometimes have vitamin K deficiency which itself may be indicative of one of these more serious disorders.

Vitamin B7 itself is found in meat, liver, milk, peanuts, and some vegetables. Its deficiency is quite rare; however, there was a brief spike in the number of cases when it became popular for bodybuilders to consume raw eggs. One of the proteins found in raw egg white binds vitamin B7 and makes it difficult for the body to use, leading to a deficiency. Cooking egg whites makes this protein inactive. Mild biotin deficiency is also found is about half of all pregnant women due to a higher use of vitamin B7 in their bodies, and supplements are recommended for such women by the World Health Organization.

  1. Most people in my area have no clue that fast hair growth scalp therapy shampoos (obviously without any sulfates, parabens or DEA) exist. Individuals are now able to enjoy longer hair and enjoy more possibilities. Undoubtedly worth considering.

When you’re discussing hair loss, damaged hair, avoiding hair disorders, hair growth, hair health more often than not, almost the same principles actualize.

As a rule of thumb, you have to avoid hair treatments and products that use chemicals such as parabens, DEA and sulfates.

What is healthy for your hair is good for your skin as well.

For obvious reasons your content above is so accurate for so many reasons. It stays away from the common traps and pitfalls too many fall into- utilizing horrible alternatives. Keep it up!
