It is not yet known how long the vaccines will remain effective. Each Individual is different. PFIZER JOHNSON & JONSON MODERNA
Many people want confirmation of whether the vaccine is triggering an adequate immune response against Covid-19 or not. The antibody test does not check the virus’s presence in the body but only of the fighter protein. If the specific antibodies are present in the blood, it means the immune system is ready to identify the virus and fight it off. Recently when asked if I would take the vaccine right away, my immediate response was: “I have never taken the Flu Shot not because I am not a believer, but because I truly never felt the need ….OK LET’S STOP RIGHT THERE….WHAT’S IN THE FLU SHOT? HE ASKED….My response was that the flu injection and flu nasal spray contain ….
Formaldehyde
Aluminum salts
Thimerosal
Chicken Egg Proteins
Gelatin
Antibiotics
“As a Holistic Nutritionist I fuel my body with enough anti-inflammatory, and immune boosting natural remedies that I never felt the need. My annual blood tests and EKG remain a perfect bill of health. So again, I ask myself WHY WOULD I? I want to see my grandparents just like the next person, but again I don’t feel the need to put these types of ingredients into my body without more research. North Carolina and Colorado vaccine sites have recently closed due to reactions against the J&J Vaccine.” Replied Wendy.
PFIZER – BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE INGREDIENTS
The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine includes the following ingredients: mRNA, lipids ((4-hydroxybutyl)azanediyl)bis(hexane-6,1-diyl)bis(2-hexyldecanoate) (a fat to help absord the vaccine generating antibodies), 2 [(polyethylene glycol)-2000]-N,N-ditetradecylacetamide (another fat to help absord the vaccine generating antibodies) 1,2-Distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (and another fat to help absord the vaccine generating antibodies), and cholesterol, potassium chloride, monobasic potassium phosphate (known as “MKP” used as a fungicide, food additive, fertilizer), sodium chloride, dibasic sodium phosphate dihydrate (a salt which may be used to adjust pH, used in food products often as a thickener, and may be used in household products and cleaning agents, saline laxative medicine in adults to treat constipation and to clean the bowel before a colonoscopy), and sucrose (sugar).
LEARNING ABOUT mRna…It is a dissected protein from COVID that tells your body to produce antibodies without the active virus. My question is now what if you have already had COVID? Weren’t you told you already had the antibodies?
If the experimental coronavirus vaccines win approval from the Food and Drug Administration, they will be the first-ever authorized vaccines that use mRNA. mRNA vaccines have faced real biological challenges since they were first developed in the 1990s. In early animal studies, for instance, the vaccines caused worrisome inflammation. The immune system is incredibly complicated and it’s different from person to person. If the sequence of genetic RNA injected into your body doesn’t invade the cells making antibodies, if it stays outside of the cells it can cause inflammation in the body, ultimately causing a diagnosis of autoimmune conditions. Taking a vaccine to train your immune system to fight the virus makes no sense to me – if you are an already healthy person. Just take care of your body through proper nutrition, vitamins and nutrients, sunshine, sleep, etc.
WHAT IF I DECIDE NOT TO GET THE PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE?
It is your choice to receive or not receive the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine.
Should you decide not to receive it, it will not change your standard medical care.

JOHNSON & JOHNSON COVID-19 VACCINE INGREDIENTS
Active ingredient: Recombinant, replication-incompetent adenovirus type 26 expressing the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein.
Excipients: *citric acid monohydrate (used in pharmaceuticals for its antioxidant properties, an acid found in citric fruits to add sour flavor in foods and beverages)
*trisodium citrate dihydrate (a tribasic salt of citric acid, used as a food preservative, and as a flavoring in the food industry. In the pharmaceutical industry it is used to control pH)
*2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HBCD) (Anticancer agent, a cyclic oligosaccharide widely used as an enabling excipient in pharmaceutical formulations, but also as a cholesterol modifier)
*ethanol (also called ethyl alcohol, grain alcohol, or alcohol used in distilled spirits-beer-wine. Ethanol used as a solvent, as an additive to automotive gasoline)
*polysorbate-80 (a yellow liquid, an emulsifier often used in pharmaceuticals, foods and cosmetics)
*sodium chloride (chemical name for salt)
WHAT IS THE MODERNA COVID-19 VACCINE?
The Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine is an unapproved vaccine that may prevent COVID-19. There
is no FDA-approved vaccine to prevent COVID-19. The FDA has authorized the emergency use of the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine to prevent COVID-19 in individuals 18 years of age and older under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).
MODERNA COVID-19 VACCINE INGREDIENTS
The Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine contains the following ingredients: messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA), lipids (SM-102, polyethylene glycol [PEG] 2000 dimyristoyl glycerol [DMG], cholesterol, and 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine [DSPC]), tromethamine, tromethamine hydrochloride (terrible side effects including hypoglycemia, and tissue inflammation), acetic acid (main compound found in vinegar), sodium acetate (salt), and sucrose (sugar).
PEG is a cancer causing ingredient. Polyethylene glycol is a compound found in everyday products like treating occasional constipation, shampoo, toothpaste, laxatives, and prescriptions drugs. Many people are allergic to this ingredient and don’t even know it.
It is my opinion that the world should be cautious about these three vaccine candidates until the final results of their peer-reviewed and published trials. A report out last month from Pfizer suggests people who get both doses had a strong immunity for at least six months. Many people we know have already had this vaccine and are still wearing a mask whenever they venture out in public, and most continue to avoid almost all travel. SAME PRECAUTIONS AS THE UNVACCINATED, I GUESS IN THE END THE PROOF WILL BE IN THE DATA. Based on other vaccines similar to the novel coronavirus it may last a few years. Should you go for antibody test? This is essentially your own call.
I don’t think I’ll be taking it immediately – probably not for at least the coming year. If this means no Europe vacations for me, so be it. Although, this is just my opinion we are each entitled to it. Many of our clients have had the vaccine, and many haven’t due to religious reasons, and or other very private reasons. We often forget there was once a time, not too long ago where privacy protection about our medical records was a real thing, a HIPAA law.
The vaccines have never been approved by the FDA. The agency has given only emergency-use authorization. COVID vaccines MUST prove to be at least 50% effective in preventing illness in large-scale trials. MUST demonstrate safety with 2-months follow-up data on case study and trial participants. As always discuss with your physician the facts about COVID-prevention. If you have a medical condition, speak with your healthcare provider about steps you can take to manage your health and risks.
Holistically yours,
Wendy Cottiers
TAKEN FROM THE CDC: Preventive measures for COVID-19 (including vaccination, wearing a mask and social distancing) are important especially if you are older or have multiple or severe health conditions. You can learn about CDC’s COVID-19 vaccine recommendations, including how medical conditions and other factors inform recommendations, here.

Thank you for sending me this information. I personally do not plan to get the vaccine. I have already had the virus and my body was able to recover. However I do think it is important for those that are vulnerable to protect themselves and right now the vaccine seems to be the best answer as I feel it is saving lives.
