We have always offered virtual nutrition counseling as an alternative to in-office sessions, so when COVID hit it was an easy transition for us and our clients.

All of us will eventually be exposed to the COVID-19 virus. Join our upcoming class to learn how to reduce your exposure, assess your personal risk factors and optimize your immune response resilience. We have the perfect telehealth wellness consult packages for the individual or company needing support in navigating the COVID-19 pandemic as it relates to their individual / community’s health. There’s a LOT to this virus, it’s not going away for a while, and we’re continuously learning more and more about it. Meanwhile, we’re here to help out those who don’t have the time to do the research or are confused by all the information that is out there. My vision is to create healthy food that is both subtle and complex; each individual ingredient is thoughtfully hand chosen and fully expressed in a balance of colors, textures, and flavors. Growing up in a Vegetarian home kitchen, the influence of flavor from spices and sea vegetables are deeply rooted in all my dishes. We never had processed snacks such as Doritos or Coca Cola in my home. Instead, we would walk the Farmer’s Markets in search of healthy food choices.

I have an associates degree in Computer Science, and two degrees that inform my artistic culinary approach. One, in holistic nutrition and herbolgy from College of Natural Medicine and the other, in plant-based nutrition from Cornell University, and a Chef certificate holder as a Natural Health Foods Chef. This has inspired me to create a unique food experience that is full of harmony and all the while, founded in smart and cutting edge nutrition science. 

My greatest passion is to create mouth watering food of optimal nutritional value for your unique health needs.
