Not Frakenfoods!

Children’s Destructive GMO-Eating Patterns Stop Here

WENDY COTTIERS

FRAKENFOODS BOOK COVER

This book is dedicated to you, my special readers. I based “Not Frakenfoods: Children’s Destructive GMO-Eating Patterns Stop Here” on my clients children.

In my years of holistic counseling it is clear that children and teenagers often eat identical to the parents. I see overweight children and realize that parents are the culprit, they have no time to learn and educate themselves on proper nutrition. At times it can even feel as if it is a full-time job, google, and all of the research.

If you are homeschooling your children this is the book that will not collect dust on your book shelf. Maybe you in fact never learned about proper meal combining, or what the definition of a GMO means. Many people from the MidWest have no idea what genetically modified organisms are.

Q&A:

My son was recently diagnosed with severe allergies can you suggest any non-toxic cleaning supplies to use in our home? Submitted by Laurel Kovic, West Palm Beach, FL

Antibacterial hand gel is what all moms carry around however it contains high amounts of alcohol which is not safe when constantly rubbed on our children’s hands and arms. Try making your own to-go travel hand sanitizer out of essential oils lemon, lavender and eucalyptus mixing with 3/4 of a natural organic and or vegan friendly hand & body soap.
