
4 carrots peeled. 1 green apple peeled, cored, and cut into chunks hand full of parsley and alfalfa sprouts, 2 stalks celery with leaves. 1/2 tspn. turmeric.
Fresh lemon to prevent oxidation.
Alternate feeding carrots and apple chunks into juicer. Then juice the parsley, alfalfa, followed by the celery stalks. Packed full of antioxidants. Makes 1 serving. This juice is sweet, tart, and slightly astringent at the same time. Use this beverage as a meal replacement while fasting or enjoy it as a refresher any time. It’s indescribably delicious.
