Due to the high attendance for this weekends South Florida event we have extended registration for Level 1 to Sunday October 30 We hope that you can join us!

CHEF & INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATIONS –
LEVELS 1 & 2
These level 1 and 2 classes are taught by Alissa Cohen’s certified student Wendy Cottiers, and Guest of Honor Level 3 Raw Foods Chef Stacie Cohen.

Level 1 Tuition $125.00
(Includes Alissa Cohen Certification)
Date: Sunday, October 30
Prerequisite: None
Demonstration & 50% Hands on
Meals: A full buffet lunch of organic raw vegan foods will be provided as well as samples of most of the foods prepared during class.

Level 2 Tuition $650.00
(1 1/2 day training)
Date: Friday, November 11 3pm – 9pm
Sunday, November 13 10am – 2pm
Prerequisite: Level 1
100% Hands-On

This Level 1 course is our entry level demonstration-course ( & 50% Hands on) that will teach you the basics of the raw food diet through the teachings of the Living on Live Food lifestyle.

What Will You Learn
*What a raw and living food diet is.
*Why a raw food diet is beneficial.
*How to make delicious raw food meals that taste just like your favorite cooked food dishes.
*How to prepare healthy and delicious raw food meals quickly and easily.
*How to source raw ingredients.
*How to get others excited about raw and living food.
*Soaking, sprouting and basic kitchen gardening.
*Making veggie krauts and other fermented foods.
*Making nut milks, creams, and luscious raw non-dairy cheeses.
*Introduction to the basic equipment and supplies used in a raw food kitchen food processors, juicers, dehydrators and the use of other important culinary equipment.
*Basic fruit smoothies and soups, sauces, salad dressings, salads, simple entrees, wraps and rolls, pâtés and easy desserts.
You will leave this class not only inspired and motivated but knowing how to begin eating raw and how to make delicious raw food meals for yourself and others.

This Level 1 class certifies you as a Living on Live Food Chef, and allows you to continue on to the next level 2 of the Living on Live Food training. You will also receive discounts on all of Alissa’s store products as a Level 1 certified chef.
